For purposes of massage, Aromatherapy Oils should not be used neat, due to their high concentration levels. Instead, we suggest, using 2% essential oil with 98% natural carrier oil. Carrier oils, such as sweet almond or grapeseed, are natural oils that have no aroma, but are gentle on the skin. For purposes of massage, Aromatherapy Oils and carrier oils are the perfect marriage. The Aromatherapy Oils are the business part, providing the aroma. The carrier oil enables safe use on the skin.
